Justine Phillips is a partner at the law firm Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton in its San Diego office. Justine specializes in cyber law and represents clients in every aspect of cybersecurity and information governance. Justine teaches cyber law and Anatomy of a Breach through Department of Homeland Security’s Executive Program and at the University of San Diego School of Engineering. Justine is also a member of the FBI Citizen’s Academy and Infragard, a public/private partnership focused on reducing cyber threats. Justine founded Women in eDiscovery San Diego, and frequently speaks and writes on cyber legal issues.
