ISACA SAN DIEGO MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
ISACA San Diego is proud to launch its Mentorship Program — a space designed to connect members across all stages of their professional journey in IT, cybersecurity, audit, risk, and governance. Whether you're looking to grow your career, expand your network, share your experience, or give back to the community, this program is here to help you do it.
A great mentorship starts with getting to know each other. Early sessions are less about setting goals and more about chemistry — understanding each other's background, communication style, and what you're each hoping to get out of the experience. From there, mentors and mentees typically work together to set one or two clear goals, whether that's competency development, career advancement, leadership growth, or gaining knowledge in a specific area. Regular communication matters too, whether that's through email, phone, video calls, in-person meetings, or messaging — and checking in along the way helps keep things on track and worthwhile for both sides.
The mentorship program aims to create meaningful connections within our chapter and support career development through knowledge sharing, leadership, and community engagement. If you're interested in participating, please complete the mentorship intake form. The form takes approximately 5 minutes to complete, and responses will only be used for mentorship matching purposes.
Thank you for helping us build a stronger and more connected ISACA San Diego community. We look forward to seeing the relationships and opportunities this program creates.
