Todd Weinman, President and Founder of The Weinman Group

Todd Weinman is the President and Founder of The Weinman Group, an executive search firm focused on audit, governance, risk, and compliance. Todd brings 25 years’ experience as a trusted advisor to companies in their search for outstanding talent and to audit and GRC professionals looking to accelerate their careers.

Todd is a previous winner of the California Association of Personnel Consultants (now CSP) “Consultant of the Year” award as the top recruiter in the state of California. He holds a bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley and worked for several years for a big four public accounting firm. Todd is a frequent presenter for the IIA, ISACA, MIS Training Institute, and various other organizations. He has written articles and/or been interviewed for a variety of publications including The Wall Street Journal, Computerworld, Cio.com, and The Huffington Post.

Over the past two-plus decades, Todd has been actively involved with ISACA, having held leadership roles at SF ISACA Chapter and at the international level, and he is a co-founder of the SF ISACA Fall Conference.

Andrea Weinman, Director of Talent and Acquisition at The Weinman Group

Andrea Weinman joined The Weinman Group in 2018 and is the Director of Talent Acquisition. She specializes in sourcing and candidate development.

Prior to entering the field of recruiting, Andrea spent 15 years in the financial services industry. She was a Client Relationship Director for 10 of those years - managing the relationships of the most strategic client accounts. Her clients included the top five banks, large insurers, and fintech companies. She also spent five years as a trainer focusing on ERM systems, financial services point solutions, and analytics.
