Jason Emmons has consulted in the information technology risk field since 1996. He has experience in business development, internal controls design and implementation, Sarbanes-Oxley 404 implementation and attestation, data analysis, fraud identification, information protection consulting, project management, and hardware and software integration. He has led enterprise and IT risk assessment projects for companies of all sizes, for various purposes including pre- or post-acquisition due diligence, enterprise risk management, internal audit, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Jason serves clients across multiple industries, including energy, life sciences, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, and technology. He is a regular guest speaker at the University of California, San Diego on topics including selling, driving shareholder value, internal control rationalization, IT risk, and internal audit efficiency.
