JOE ERLE has been working as a commercial insurance broker for over 10 years in San Diego County. WAYNE WEBER has been assisting Directors and Officers in the Life Science and Med Tech industry to manage risk and protect the assets of investors for twenty years. Cyber security is critical component when developing a risk assessment plan especially in clinical trials being conducted in multiple countries. He currently serves on the committee of the Octane Orange County High Tech Awards.

Phil’s background includes 5 years with Ernst & Young and 15 years with Automatic Data Processing, ADP. He is an integral part of USI’s West Coast Cyber Practice and is licensed in all Property & Casualty lines of insurance. He has called San Diego home for the last 27 years.
