Jessica Gross
Jessica is an associate at Sheppard Mullin who practices data security and privacy. She is certified in both European and US Privacy laws by the International Association of Privacy Professionals. But she has been living and breathing the CCPA since it passed in June of last year.

Marines has over 12 years of experience in building and managing effective, global privacy programs. She currently works for ResMed Corp, a tech-driven medical device company that builds innovative solutions that treat and keep people out of the hospital, empowering them to live healthier, higher-quality lives. She is Senior Privacy Manager for ResMed’s Americas region with the mission to translate privacy laws and regulations into practical, effective operations. Her scope is HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and PIPEDA. She is passionate about the art of balancing privacy with business goals.
Prior to ResMed, Marines worked at Qualcomm where she worked closely with Privacy Legal and the Information Security Team to drive privacy compliance across the company. Before that she worked at Intel where she was instrumental in helping mature the company’s global privacy program and influencing the integration of privacy into their products and services. She is a Certified Information Privacy Professional for both the US and the EU and a Certified Information Program Manager.
