Topic: What are small businesses doing to protect our data?
Speaker: Dave Tuckman
For many of us, it’s our professional responsibility to protect and secure company and client data. We face these challenges daily, and continually strive to improve our abilities; but what happens when we leave the office and become the customer, becoming dependent on how others manage OUR personal data?
There are more professionals, in more industries, with greater access to our personal information than ever before. Think about dentists, optometrists, CPA’s, realtors, and others that are small, independent organizations with less resources than we are used to in our work environment. What does an organization this size do to protect our information?
Dave will share his 25+ years’ experience providing various IT and security services to these type professional service organizations in the San Diego region.
